Hi! This whole idea of me (workspaces owner) being charged instead of my customer is a bit confusing. Im embedding the portal into my website, but them paying for a plan, and then me being charged for their usage instead of their account directly seems difficult to manage. Different agents run different tasks and different AI Models (some cheaper, some more expensive), and I am struggling a bit to find a way to make those subscription plans right without having the risk of me being overcharged and actually losing money, or at least being break-even. We have complex agents that require very long input and output, along with others that require way less.
Any suggestions, ideas to make sure I dont run on loss with the plans? Would be nice to have the customers being charged directly in the future, and us (owners) to take only the profit margin (for example: set their ”pro” plan at 20$ / 2000 credits, 2000 credits = 16$, with 4$ being our profit. Once they spent 16$ on the agents, theyve hit their plan limit). This way, we could allow more token length without having to worry about it.
