DOC file generated not accessible

The DOC file that is generated by the create Word DOC action is occasionally not accessible via the AWS storage. Even asking the chatbot to regenerate it does not work.

Here’s a sample of the error that we get:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Thanks for flagging this. Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing and the steps you took? Also, please send the screenshot along with the email ID linked to your Pickaxe account to info@pickaxeproject.com so we can check it for you.

We were prompting our bot to create DOC to trigger the word document creation and this happens.

Will email the team as well.
