I’ve created a bot that does a risk assessment with the user - all working well until it comes to exporting the finished article. The word and pdf actions are not stable, and provide nothing but headaches. My solution is Make and its scenarios which uses the Documentero module - though struggling with action and trigger config on Pickaxe. Anyone else had experience here?

When Actions don’t trigger, it’s usually related to how the trigger prompt is set up rather than the Action itself. If you email us at info@pickaxe.co, we can take a quick look at your Pickaxe setup and confirm what’s going on.
Thanks for the reply - I’m kind of at my wits-end here. I’m trying to make the MAKE.com MCP solution work for me as there is so much i can do in there and once i have one action with it working i’ll be onto a winner. Ill drop an email to the address. If there is anyone out there that can help me build this action with Make.com id greatly appreciate it
