We are using inline flex embedded chats. Starting about a week ago, when users enter text in a chat, the chat zooms to the beginning (top of the conversation) and most of the time the user has to scroll back down to the next prompt - sometimes it jumps back down. This happens every time users enter text, so during one conversation they have to keep watching the chat jump to the beginning and then scroll down to the current question/prompt/whatever over and over again. Anyone else seeing this happen in their chats?

We tried reproducing this with inline embeds using both fixed height and auto height, but we haven’t been able to trigger the scrolling behavior on our side yet.
Could you please send us a short video showcasing the issue? It would also be very helpful if you could share the page URL, or a shareable minimal repro page if available, along with the agent or deployment link.
In addition, if possible, please let us know whether the parent page itself is moving or whether the behavior is limited to the embed’s internal scroll area, whether this occurs across all inline embeds or only on certain pages or deployments, and whether the embed is placed inside a flex layout, sticky container, accordion, modal, LMS shell, or similar wrapper.
