What’s happening - I can’t get any pickaxe to work. It returns “Failed to fetch”.
I see my dashboard data, but it shows that I’m kinda logged off - I have to sign up or log in. Once I try to log in, I get a blank screen with an error:
I’m getting the same. All pickaxes not working. Can’t even upload docs to knowledge base. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Hi @donatas and @charles_st_george, thank you for flagging this. Modal was down this morning, which caused a short outage. Since they has had a few issues with uptime recently, we are investigating ways to reduce our own outages caused by Modal to ensure a smoother experience for users like you.
Your tools should be working now, but let us know if you are still getting any errors. Also, here is a link to our status page, which can tell you more information our our uptime/if our site is down and, therefore, causing errors for your tools!
