Any recommendations to fix this issue, I’m using Gemini Flash 1.5 and getting this error.

The Gemini 1.5 Flash model has been officially deprecated and discontinued by Google, which is why it is no longer available as an option in Pickaxe.
We recommend updating your Pickaxe to use one of the currently supported Gemini models:

We need the FULL latest Gemini model @danny_support. Currently, Pickaxe is still running the preview model. Updating the Gemini API is overdue IMO
