Trying to generate a Word document or to generate a chart (Chart.JS) fails every single time the bot tries to do them. I also think it struggles to use Google Search or access websites to find information it seems.
In most cases like this the issue comes from the trigger prompt. I had a quick look and noticed that the trigger prompt includes role-prompt style instructions. Trigger prompts work best when they are very direct and only explain when the action should fire.
The bot needs a clear and simple cue to know when to generate a Word file, chart, or run a search. It usually takes a bit of trial and error to adjust the trigger prompt until it fires the way you want.
I’d try simplifying it first and keeping it as easy to trigger as possible. If you want to share the setup, happy to take a closer look.
Didn’t seem to be a trigger issue for Word or ChartJS.
- It said it had generated the Word (never showed it so it could not be downloaded), afterwards said it can’t generate it (weird)
- ChartJS tried to generate it multiple times but gave error and finally gave up trying to generate the chart.
GPT 5.1 and older models didnt seem to have issues with these.
