Every time I try to run my agent workflow it’s failing because of this.

It would also be helpful if you could let us know:
- Whether this issue is happening with one specific Pickaxe or with all of your Pickaxes.
- Whether you have tried switching the model and, if so, whether that changed the behavior at all.
