Hello I am creating a pricing bot for my industry, and whilst all the steps are good and followed well, I find at times the bot will not use the calculation formula I have added to the knowledgebase and instead use its own logic. I must have consistent results from this calculation.

Should I be adding more in the model reminder or other areas. I have spent days on this trying to resolve this one small but critical issue.
