HUGE Problem with Pickaxe running out of usage after 1st use even though Usage is set to 200

We’re again making our pickaxe the central to an upcoming mid-funnel challenge and even though we have usage set at 200 credits (the normal chat shouldn’t use more thatn 40) it’s showing that they’re out of credits after the first input. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. We checked this about a month ago and it was running fine but now, on the first day of the challenge, we’re running into this. We need a solution asap. Your help is appreciated.

UPDATE: I’ve set the usage to “unlimited” but this is only a temporary solution for the duration of the challenge. We need to be able to control usage in the long term. Even still, it’s needed to be prompted to continue with the exchange and taking forever to deliver the results. In fact, in the time it took me to get frustrated, come over here and update this post then check back TWICE, it still hadn’t generated a response. When it finally did, it was incomplete. It didn’t follow directions and left half of the analysis out.

Hi @actbold, thanks for reaching out! I looked into this and I can now see exactly what the issue is: your usage limit is not 200 uses, but 200 credits, which is probably equivalent to less than one use (see screenshot of your Workspace settings below)!

If you want to charge by the number of uses, you can easily change this in the Settings tab of your Workspace Dashboard. Here is a short video that explains the credits charging system that I think would be a helpful watch - and as I said in my email to you earlier, I would be happy to jump on a call to explain this in person :slight_smile:
