So for example… I have some agents that use my own claude or openai API access and others that are just using google gemini through the pickaxe platform…
What I’m trying to figure out is what a user is actually costing me… like i have this user (see screenshot) I need to figure out what they are ACTUALLY costing me…
Here are a few other users, (see other screenshot) I see how many “credits” they are using but what does that translate to real $$?? How can I figure that out…
like it seems impossible that this user only cost me 5.55 that is not possible…

Your workspace is currently using the credit system, so the Total uses field in that view is actually showing total credits used, not total chat runs. The System cost shown there is also only reflecting the last 30 days, not the user’s full lifetime cost, which is why that number looks much lower than expected.
I reported this to our engineers, and they’re already looking into it so we can make this clearer in the product.
In the meantime, if you’d like, we can pull the total system costs for your users manually. Please share your email address, and we can follow up there with these details.
