I have a use case where it would be beneficial to fetch much more data from the knowledgebase than the current allowed maximum of 25,000 (assuming tokens) - is it possible to increase the maximum somehow?
@transitionlevel hi there! Thanks for the feature request - can you tell us more about this particular use case?
One is a travel bot for complex travel planning, but only relying on information from select providers - as the queries are complex, the amount of data that we should give the bot is basically “the more the better”, as there can be hundreds or thousands of relevant e.g. hotels to sort through based on the user query. That just doesn’t fit into a 25k.
@transitionlevel thanks for letting us know - I will pass this feedback along to our engineers as a potential future update!
Given it shouldn’t be more than some configuration, any chance to get to test how that might work, like right away? ![]()
@transitionlevel Having spoken with our engineers on this issue, it looks as though increasing the limit beyond 25k would actually require us to reconfigure the entire knowledge base - so, far from a small change! I have passed along the request as a potential future change, but it’s not something we can support at this time
