I need to send invitations to my client to do the dialogue: they should be able to respond without sign-up, no friction. Then later I would be able to read their dialogue etc.
Should I publish my pickaxe in my website and put that url behind password? And simply share them with the url and passw to enter?
Any best practices? I’m sure I’m not alone with this use case. (I do not want them to pay for the dialogue via stripe etc.)

Thank you for your question. In your Studio’s Access settings, you can set Guest Settings to infinite. This allows anyone who is logged out to use your tools without any restrictions. Once that is enabled, you can simply share the direct link to your Pickaxe with your clients, and they will be able to access and use it without signing up or going through any additional steps.
If you prefer, you can also embed your Pickaxe on your website and place it behind a password for controlled access. Both approaches work, and you can choose whichever best fits your workflow.
