Is there an option to use a promotional code as a payment method without having to provide bank details?
Let me explain: When I give a promotional code to someone on the Pricing page, in addition to the “Free,” “Pay monthly,” etc. options, they can enter a promotional code or keyword to get the credits I specify.
Besides the free credits that can be offered to new users when they join our Studio, is there an option for them to get more free credits once they’ve registered and even used our Studio, without having to provide their bank details?

Me explico:
A las personas que yo les de un código promocional, cuando vayan a la página de Pricing, además de las opciones de “Gratis”, “Pago cada mes”, etc. que pueden poner un código promocional o palabra clave y de esta forma puedan conseguir los créditos que yo indique.
Además de los créditos gratis que se pueden poner para cuando un nuevo usuario accede a nuestro Estudio, existe la opción que una vez que ya se ha dado de alta e incluso, ya ha usado nuestro Estudio, pueda conseguir más créditos gratis, sin tener que dar sus datos bancarios).

At the moment there is no direct way for users to enter a promo code on the Pricing page to receive extra credits without adding payment details.
What you can do is create separate Products inside your Studio with different prices, including a zero-cost Product. You can then share that Product link only with the people who should receive the extra credits, and they will not need to enter any bank information.
You also have the option to invite users directly to a specific Product using their email address. This makes it easy to give access only to the exact people you choose.
Many creators use these two methods to offer special deals or controlled access in a simple way.
