I have a limit of 50 documents per tool, and I have purchased another 50, so I should be able to have 100 documents per tool. However, I have a tool that has only 5 documents attached, and I still cannot add any more. It states that I have reached my limit and asks me to upgrade. Please see the attached screenshot.
Hey there @Kent, thanks for your question! Document limits are set by Studio, not by Pickaxe - in your case, with 50 extra documents, you are provided with 100 documents per Studio, which can be managed in the Knowledge Base tab of your Pickaxe Dashboard. I took a look at the Studio in question, and it looks as though there are 100 documents in the KB, which is why you’re getting this message. I hope that helps!

OK, I checked at that place, it seems I have only 25 documents though.
