Are you referring to the existing Pickaxe Office Hours banner so your Pickaxe users can join our official sessions, or do you mean creating your own office hours and adding a banner for that?
If it’s for your own, you can edit your Studio and add a custom notice to your webpage.
You can add your own banner using something like Elfsight or Common Ninja. It’s great for feature announcements!

Yes, currently that is the only way.
