I was looking at an AI I built for a clients and it says ChatGPT 5 now doesn’t support actions. So I switched the model.
When I hit save, the tool reverted back to GPT 5
I tried it multiple times.

We are currently looking into this issue and will hopefully have a fix soon. In the meantime, I can manually change the model of your agent if you would like. Just provide the name of the agent you want me to change!
