Managing user activity just got a lot easier. We’ve added a new User Filters panel that helps you quickly slice through all your conversations and understand exactly how people are using your Pickaxes. Instead of guessing or scrolling endlessly, you can now filter your audience activity in seconds.

With these filters you can quickly sort your user activity by things like:

  • Which Pickaxe they used

  • How they accessed it (Embed, API, Email, WhatsApp, Studio, Admin)

  • Whether feedback was Good or Bad

  • Whether a User Memory was triggered

How to access:

You can find them under the Users β†’ Activity section of your Studio, which makes understanding your audience much easier.

This gives you a fast way to see what is working, where people may be getting stuck, and how different channels are performing. Instead of scrolling through every conversation, you can now jump straight to the exact type of activity you want to review.

It’s a small change but makes day-to-day monitoring smoother and helps you make better decisions when improving your Pickaxes.
