No output from Pickaxes

Hi, A user alerted me to output not being generated by my pickaxes. The dots move but then nothing appears and it seems the pickaxe thinks it has created output but it hasn’t appeared on screen. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. From what you described, it looks like this might be a stand-alone, user-specific issue, possibly related to a connection or browser refresh problem.

Could you please check if you can replicate the issue and share the Pickaxe link, browser details, and if possible, a short screen recording? Once we receive these details, our team will try to replicate it on our side. If it’s happening consistently, we’ll troubleshoot and get it fixed right away.

Hiya, Thanks for your help. I have tried as well as my client and it isn’t working (they are in the US, I am in the UK). I’m on Windows 11 and have tried Edge and Firefox. There are two tools: Home | Dr Naomi Tyrrell - CV Translator and Jobs Decoder. I’ve tried doing some updates but nothing has worked so far. Screen recording attached. Many thanks, Naomi

I checked and was able to replicate the issue. It happens because the reasoning model you selected takes longer to respond. I changed the reasoning speed to Fastest, and it worked fine. Please try again.

You can adjust the reasoning speed and mode at any time in the AI Builder. I’d also suggest trying a different (non-reasoning) AI model for quicker replies.
