The Pickaxe Knowledge Base just got a huge update! Pickaxe now automatically supports realtime connections with Notion and Google Drive! As well as dynamic updates from websites.
Simply head over to the knowledge base tab and check it out, or watch this video to find out how to use these new features!
I’m happy about this. I hope there’s a way that I can only select one notion property to add to the knowledge base.
It would also be very powerful to be able to use one property on Notion as a blue input chip that I can place anywhere in the prompt frame.
That would quickly become my favorite feature in all of pickaxe. I have all my best prompts on a prompt database on notion and I’d love to dynamically update my pickaxe prompt frame to reflect the changes I made on a notion text property.
If Form fields could pull data from a Notion database, this would be perfect.
Here’s my scenario. Notion database: v1, v2. User uses form and selects 1 which populates the content from v1; selects 2 which populates v2.
Currently, it seems that’s not possible. Am I wrong?
Hey there, can I just check. I connected to Notion and then when choosing a database to connect it did not offer up the database. I’m guessing it needs to not be private?
Also I likely want to create a separate Notion account for my project and so I wanted to disconnect the notion connection to the one I chose originally. But it seems there is no option to disconnect to Notion. Can this be added?
FYI. I’ve also gone into my Notion > Settings > Connections and removed the Pickaxe connection, yet when going back into Pickaxe and viewing the Knowledgebase under the integrations area the Notion connector is still showing a green icon and stating it’s connected.
Hi @adhdsos! It’s true that there is currently no way to disconnect from Notion, but I have conferred with our engineers and it is now in the works, so stay tuned in the meantime, if you send us an email at info@pickaxeproject.com, we would be happy to disconnect manually on your behalf!
