For some reason the order of my list of pickaxes in the “Product Section” of my studio has rearranged itself (no idea how as it was ok before). However, I need to have my pickaxes listed in a certain order (or at least there is a specific pickaxe i need to have at the top of the list). Is there a way to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.

The same question arises, and there needs to be a way to ensure that if you have more pricing boxes, you can stack them. On desktop computers with an 11-inch screen, you can only see four boxes, as the display is cut off once it reaches five boxes. Monitors with a 13- to 16-inch size allow you to see five boxes on the screen, but once it reaches six boxes, they get cut off.
The mobile view looks fine, regardless of the number of pricing boxes, since you scroll vertically through all of them.
A solution would be to stack them so they are all visible on the desktop, like 4 in a row. I will create a separate post or feature request for this. Many of us need more pricing boxes since we have additional credit packs to sell with the tools at various amounts.
To clarify mine reordered themselves randomly as well. They are out of order. Can we customize their order in the “Our Products” section?

Hi Stephen . You mentioned sorting in the sidebar - is that a click and drag option of naming the pickaxes, or some other way? I am unable to work out how to order my pickaxes in the studio. Like others have mentioned, I have one that needs to be used first before the others.

What about ordering the dashboard? I hate that always only 5 are shown when every time I select show 100, it just never stays. Also how do I sort by most used and KEEP that order. Every time I refresh the order and view goes back to default which is not useful at all

You can change the order of the Pickaxes in your Studio’s sidebar by simply dragging them into the position you want.
For example:
This lets you place the Pickaxes you want to use first at the top of the list. If you have any trouble with it, feel free to let me know.

Thank you for following up. I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding the two different sidebars, so I want to clarify how each one works.
The first sidebar (from my example) is the public Studio sidebar that appears on your live Studio page. This is the sidebar your end users see, and it supports drag-and-drop ordering. Any changes made here will update the order of your Pickaxes for your end users.
The second sidebar (from your video) is the Studio dashboard sidebar inside your account. This is the internal view where you manage and edit your Studio. Drag-and-drop sorting is not currently available in this dashboard sidebar, which is why the reordering attempt you tried would not work.
If the ability to reorder Pickaxes in the dashboard sidebar would be helpful for your workflow, we would appreciate it if you could add this suggestion to the Feature Requests section of the community forum so other users can vote on it. The more activity a request receives, the higher we are able to prioritize it.
