Since the upgrade, none of my PDF generators are working. The responses are taking significantly longer to generate, my users have been placed in the wrong groups and cannot access the correct chatbot…It’s been a nightmare…Anyonelese noticing these issues?

Hey yrenka! We have engineering digging into the PDF generator outage now.
To help us isolate the break, please drop the following info in this thread (or email info@pickaxeproject.com if that’s easier):
• Workspace name or slug
• One pickaxe ID where the PDF export fails
• Approximate time of a failed run (UTC is perfect) and whether AI Actions were involved
• Which access groups got remapped after the migration
I’ll update the thread as soon as we have a fix or mitigation. Thanks for flagging it so quickly.
