My chatbots have suddenly started displaying pdfs, youtube videos, etc in its responses. I want the chatbot to include citations to its sources but now it is embedding the media itself!!! This has just started from today as far as I can gather. I’m using GPT-5. I’ve tried turning off citations and revising the prompt to try to eliminate this behaviour but to no avail. Please help
Agree and it’s very annoying. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

hear you loud and clear: seems like we’re seeing some embedded citation weirdness on this one.
taking a look now and will update this thread either with more info or a fix pushed.

Yup same thing happening on mine.
