Pickaxe Studio not being added to my Studio when invited

When a client invites me to be a collaborator to their studio and I accept the invite by clicking in the link in my email, the studio does not show up in my account.

I did this on Wednesday and it worked great. Today and yesterday… not once. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @jeanette, we can definitely take a look at this for you! Could you respond here or by email with the names of the Studios you should have access to, and any other helpful context so we can troubleshoot?
