Pickaxe Studio not being added to my Studio when invited

When a client invites me to be a collaborator to their studio and I accept the invite by clicking in the link in my email, the studio does not show up in my account.

I did this on Wednesday and it worked great. Today and yesterday… not once. Any help would be appreciated.
