Pickaxe Usage Reports

Hi, I provide reports to my clients to update them on the usage. We need to show that their users are using it and by how much, but the existing reports are difficult.

For example, being able to filter the past 30 to 90 days is fantastic, but we cannot tell which agents are being used, and who are the heavier users. The numbers on the bottom of the screenshot does not follow the filter that we set (Past 30 to 90 days), hence it’s a rolling number, and doesn’t mean much as it shows the life time uses only.

Is there a way to show the past 30 to 90 day usage of each agent and who are the users that uses them the most?

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We don’t currently offer a built-in report that shows 30-90 day usage broken down by agent and top users.

The closest option today is the Activity export. You can find it by going to Workspace → Users → Activity, then clicking the Export icon near the top-right of the Activity table.

That export can be filtered externally by date, agent, and user. I’ll also share this with our team as a request to improve analytics and make usage reporting more actionable.
