Product Clean Up and Credit Reflection in "User Profile"

Looking to get deleted products off of my “Products Owned” tab in “User Profile”.

I changed the number of credits on my Trial product and it’s not reflecting in existing users. Can it?

Hi @raspyni, thanks for your questions!

  1. The changed credit allotment for your Trial product should be reflected in the next billing period (in this case, rather than getting topped off with the original number of credits, users will get topped off with the new number). You can manually edit a user’s available credits in the Manage Users section of the dashboard!
  2. Good catch on the deleted products still being visible! I will pass that along to our engineering team so they can make a fix :slight_smile:
