Curious if it’s possible for agent to be trained on current time zone? so every time a user submits a message the time is processed as part of the message to the agent for the agent to make use of. thank you

Could you please clarify what you mean when you say you want your “agent to be trained on current time zone”. I assume you just mean that you want the agent to receive timestamps in the current time zone as opposed to UTC. Let me know if this is what you mean and why you want it!
