QR code invites not visible on Users tab

Hello, I’ve noticed that in the September 1 changelog, Pickaxe now allows users to be invited through a QR code.

I’ve checked the Learn page and looked through the user settings, but I can’t find an option to choose how I want to invite users other than by email.

All the other features seem to be available. I can see all the users, which plan they are on, their spending, and I can even make changes to their accounts. I can also see the option to ban users.

I’m just not seeing the QR code invite option. Could you please let me know if there’s something I need to enable to access it, or if there is a reason it isn’t showing on my account?

Hi @jonah.amor ,

Thank you for reaching out!

QR code invitations are under Users → Manage Users → Invite. In the invitation window, select “Share an invite link or QR code.”

That option currently only appears for the workspace owner. If you’re accessing the workspace as a member collaborator, you’ll only see email invitations. There’s no setting you need to enable.

Our engineers are working on making QR invitations available to member collaborators as well. It is being tracked under PRD-1281, and we’ll update you once that change is live.

Hi @jonah.amor ,

Thank you for your patience!

The update is now live! Member collaborators can now access QR code invitations too.

Please refresh the page, then go to Users → Manage Users → Invite and select “Share an invite link or QR code.”
