Removing PickAxe branding on direct links

Hi guys,

I can’t seem to find a way to remove PickAxe branding on the direct links.

How can I remove this?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex, great question! You can remove this using the White Label toggle in the Settings area of your Dashboard - this will turn off Pickaxe branding on all deployments!

Thanks @lindsay_support, but that’s for Studios I think? How do I remove it for direct link deployments? All my studios already have whitelabel enabled.

Appreciate your help

Quick update on the white-label controls: as part of the migration we moved the toggle into Workspace Settings → Branding. If your workspace has Gold (or the grandfathered whitelabel entitlement), flipping it on there now removes the “Powered by Pickaxe” badge from direct links again. This was tracked internally as PRD-471 and the entitlement issue is resolved, so you shouldn’t need to touch each studio individually anymore. Let me know if anything still looks off after updating that workspace setting and I’ll dig in right away.

@gtfo see Luna’s response here - we have moved the white label controls to be Studio-wide, with just one toggle turning all off or on! You can adjust in settings, let me know if you’re unable to find it

Quick follow-up here: we re-enabled white labeling for all direct-link deployments at the workspace level. If you head to Workspace Settings → Branding and flip the White Label toggle back on, anything that shares from that workspace (studios, embeds, and direct links) will drop the “Powered by Pickaxe” badge again. This was tracked internally as PRD-471, so if you still see the watermark after toggling it, ping me with your workspace name and I’ll double-check the entitlement.

Thanks @luna_support @lindsay_support, I’m pretty sure that worked but now my branding has been removed it seems.

When I hit the dropdown, I’m only given standard options:

Does a standalone tool need to be assigned to a portal?

My goal is pretty simple; I want a bunch of direct link tools all using my branding.

Thanks so much.
