Sorry, I am not clear on this…I want to keep the KB current with say a category of posts on WordPress. If all the URLs are like site/category/pagename, and I add site/category to the KB, then all new pages will get picked up? With what frequency?
If you add a WordPress category or parent URL to the Knowledge Base, Pickaxe will re-check that URL about once every 24 hours. If there is a text change, it will refresh what’s stored in the KB.

Sorry, does parent URL mean one that lists other URLs?…to say, the KB is a crawler, at least one level deep?
The parent URL acts as the root. On refresh, Pickaxe checks all linked subpages, adds new ones, removes deleted ones, and updates anything that changed.

For anyone using a Content Management System for your site, that means you can use a Category or Tag type page as a single URL entry for self-updating knowledge.
