There are numerous scenarios, such as onboarding new clients, where sending a complete chat history to both the user and the owner would be invaluable. For ongoing training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution, a complete chat history is crucial.
You can do this today by doing an export - unless you were looking for something else.
Does this also pertain to users? If so, how can they export the entire conversation?
I would love to see this automated so that me, as the Pickaxe owner can receive the full chat without having to download it. Even if it could be sent in full to a Google sheet via webhook so that I can automate the sending of the full chat to a Google doc from there. I agree it is an important feature to be able to let our clients see the full chats without having to download them periodically then strip the json info from the chats. I also need to keep an eye on the quality of the chats so having them automatically sent to me I can scan them quickly as they are completed.
