Site Editor completely broken after migration (multiple critical issues)

Hey Pickaxe team,

Since the recent migration, the site editor has become essentially unusable. Flagging four separate bugs that are all happening together and blocking me from making any edits to my bots.

Bug 1: Pressing Enter or typing anything more than one sentence exits the editor for body paragraphs for Rich Text, HTML, Markdown.
In any body/text field, if there is more than one sentence and I press Enter, it exits the editor entirely. This means I cannot add line breaks or write multi-line content at all. I am stuck editing only the first line of any text block. If any of my body paragraphs have more than one line - it does not let me click or edit them and automatically closes the editor. The only line I can edit right now is the first line.

Bug 2: Dragging sections corrupts body text across sections
When I drag a rich text section to reorder it, the body content from the section below gets copied up into the moved section. This then cascades - every subsequent move or delete causes the same glitch, where body text from adjacent sections bleeds into the wrong place. The layout becomes completely scrambled and unrecoverable without starting over.

Bug 3: Text colors and rich text HTML not applying
Any changes to text color or rich text HTML formatting are not applying at all. The editor accepts the input but nothing changes visually.

Bug 4: Excessive and uncontrollable spacing between sections
There is a large amount of dead whitespace at the bottom of each section, creating massive gaps between sections on the page. The spacing appears to be hardcoded or uncontrollable - there is no way to reduce it through the editor. This makes the page look broken and unprofessional. See screenshots attached.

Combined, these four bugs make it impossible to edit any body content in the site editor. I have a number of changes I need to make urgently and I am fully blocked right now. All my sites are un-editable.

Can you let me know if these are known issues and when a fix is expected?

Hi @lumora, thanks for posting - we have an engineer working on these items now, I will reach back out soon with an update!

hi ! @lumora just deployed some fixes here, pls take a look and let us know if any of them are still plaguing ya (-:

we are still making improvements to the spacing between sections as this one is more-so a global/cross device configuration change, so making it configurable on your end isn’t quite in production yet.

as always tysm for pointing these issues out to us and talk soon :construction_worker:
