For the past 48 hours when I go to the pickaxe website it just keeps spinning but won’t load. And it looks like my embed has been impacted because when I go onto the site where I coded in my pickaxe, that’ won’t load either. Please advise. @lindsay_support I’ve had this page open since yesterday and it’s still spinning. I tried incognito window, logging in and logging out and still nothing

It doesn’t look like we are having any downtime (you can always check the status here) - can you try logging out by going to the link https://pickaxe.co/logout and see if you can then access your dashboard? If not, I can try to check our system logs and see what might be going on.
Thanks I opened on Safari and it is working just wasn’t on Chrome. Follow up question though - in the past week when users have asked for their output to be converted to a PDF (which has always worked just fine) - as of recently it will say the PDF is really but won’t deliver it OR it will deliver a link to a blank PDF. I have seen this happen with pretty much every user in the past week. How can I fix this? Or is there someone I can jump on a call with to get help? @lindsay_support thanks in advance!

@project.s.lifestyle thanks for following up! Re: the site not loading, it seems like it might be a cookies issue - I would recommend clearing cookies related to pickaxe.co on Chrome to see if that helps.

I am not sure where to find that information but here is the most recent one where it’s been an issue it has happened for everyone who has requested a PDF over the last week.
@project.s.lifestyle thanks so much for letting me know! Sometimes models can be a bit finicky like that. In response to this inquiry, I made some changes on the backend - please give it another try and see if the URL shows up now!
Thanks Lindsay! I just ran it again and same exact issue. First time it says it’s ready but no link. When I say where is the link it gives it to me but the doc is blank @lindsay_support
Hi @project.s.lifestyle, thanks for the update! I did a lot of testing on your Pickaxe - I duplicated it and spent a good bit of time doing prompt runs - and I think at this point, it’s going to come down to improving the prompting. There are a lot of repeat instructions in both the role prompt and in the trigger prompt, and I found that making some changes to the language led to pdf generation without issues.

Hi lindsay saw your email i changed the prompt to what you said and even asked claude to shorten my prompt and duped the pickaxe and used that instead and i am still getting a blank pdf @lindsay_support
