We’re happy to report that we’ve added Claude Sonnet 5.5 to Pickaxe!
The new model comes with a new reasoning type called “Between Tools”. The default mode allows for the model to think before the tool call while Between Tools skips that step for the first tool call. This means that the Between Tools mode might start replying faster than the default setting!
