I need urgent assistance. Does anybody know how to reset the entire Stripe connection? Whenever Pickaxe tries to connect to Stripe, it seems to create a new organization every time. Whenever I make a new product, I don’t know if that’s a new way that Stripe set up or what. But now I’ve deleted now that organization on and through Stripe, and I can’t actually connect the Stripe again because it says there’s no user found because it’s looking to get to that organization. I can’t connect any Stripe account now. Also, seems like the Discord has been abandoned.

If you are trying to disconnect your stripe account from your pickaxe studio. You can go to Access > Payments > Unlink stripe account. If that doesn’t work, could you provide a screenshot?

That’s what I’m saying. It’s currently not connected and won’t connect because when it tries to reconnect, it’s looking for that same user that I was logged into before I deleted the Stripe organization.
I think I need a complete reset of the Stripe connection, but I can’t get to that.
Does the “set up new account“ option come up for you? I get it when I’m trying to connect a new account.
I guess I found a work-around. I just had to create a new studio and then connect to a brand new Stripe account through that, and it worked.

I added a product, and now I’m trying to remove it, but it’s not letting me do so because I guess it’s in Stripe now. I tried to remove it from Stripe, but it’s not removed from the Pickelaxe. How do you remove a product that’s actually connected to Stripe and has a dollar figure amount connected to it?
