Stripe + Pickaxe Integration Issue

Hello, I’ve followed the How To video in the guides and wanted to try making a coupon code for products on Pickaxe. I have already linked Stripe and created the coupon code but when I tested it on Pickaxe it would just say that the code is invalid. I understand that the video was from a year ago and the UI now is not the same as it was then so I’m not quite sure how to set that up now.

I have a few other questions..

  • Is “Products & Paywalls” the new “User Tier”? If so, no now product was added to Stripe when I created one.as well.

  • In the video, on the top right, I saw that “Pickaxe AI” right under the user profile on Stripe. But I don’t see that on my end even though I have it linked. I think that may be an issue with the Stripe account so I’m looking into that as well but I’m open to other suggestions.

Thanks for that, I’ve tried that as well and it still did not work and the code remains invalid. I think this may be an issue with how I set up my Stripe account.
