UI Layout Bug - Full Page Height Not Rendering (Post-Update)

Following the most recent update, we are experiencing a consistent UI layout issue across our deployed pages - whether on a phone, iPad, macbook etc.

Issue: All pages are rendering with a noticeable vertical spacing gap:

  • A large empty gap appears at the bottom of each page
  • The left navigation menu also shows excess spacing/misalignment
  • The page content does not extend to fill the full viewport height

Key Details:

  • Occurs across all pages (not page-specific)
  • Reproducible across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
  • Not tied to custom CSS changes on our end (appeared immediately after update)
  • Breaks visual continuity and makes the platform feel incomplete/unpolished

Expected Behavior:
Pages should render flush to full screen height, with:

  • No bottom whitespace gap
  • Sidebar aligned properly with full vertical height
  • Content filling the viewport cleanly

Actual Behavior:

  • Persistent bottom spacing gap
  • Layout appears “compressed” vertically
  • UI no longer feels full-screen or immersive

This affects our core experience of our platform. It currently disrupts both visual quality and user perception.

Could you please fix this issue!

Happy to share additional access or examples if needed.

Hi @lumora ,

Thank you for your patience and for reporting this so clearly.

I’ve passed this along to our engineering team under PRD‑676, including the details and examples you provided. I’ll keep you updated as soon as a fix is released.

Hi @lumora,

Thank you for your patience while this was being addressed.

The issue with the hero section not filling the full screen height has now been fixed, and it should now cover the viewport as expected.

Regarding the side navigation, I have passed your feedback to the team. At this time, the spacing above and below the navigation is intentional and reflects the current Portal design, which uses a floating panel style across the interface, including views such as the profile and pricing panels.

That said, your feedback has been noted internally. If you would like this to be reconsidered as a design change, you are also welcome to post it here in the community forum as a feature request so the team can track interest more directly.
