When uploading a file to a bot without including any text in the chat bar, it causes the bot to stop following the prompt properly. I’ve also noticed that when this happens, the uploaded files don’t appear in the chat history at all.

I tried replicating this on my end by uploading an image without adding any text or prompt. In my case, the file showed up correctly in the Studio chat history and the pickaxe/bot behaved as expected.
