Usage Control for Forms

(posting on behalf of a user who sent in a dm)

Currently, forms are limited to a single submission per user, which prevents us from using them for recurring services, controlled workflows, or sustainable business models.

In my case, I have developed my entire platform using Forms + Chat. However, when the form is embedded via iFrame, the usage limits described in the deployments are not being applied, which puts our entire six-month development effort at risk. Since usage isn’t being controlled, our revenue model becomes unsustainable.

We understand this is related to browser cookies, which are not being properly managed in iFrames. A very effective solution would be to enable forms without chat that allow multiple responses.

This adjustment would open a wide range of new applications. Multi-response forms would provide creators with a safe and efficient alternative to open chat models, allowing them to control token consumption, offer recurring or subscription-based services, and build more predictable, scalable products.

  • Subscription or recurring AI services.

  • Controlled token-based systems (using forms as metering tools).

  • Multi-step client experiences, content generators, or coaching flows.

Technically, it seems like a simple implementation — a toggle that defines whether a form allows one or multiple responses. Yet it would have a massive business impact, similar to how tools like Copy.ai have enabled multi-use interactions under defined limits.

It’s a very important and viable feature, and I’ve already seen multiple users request this in the community throughout the past year.

Thank you for your time and consideration — this improvement could genuinely expand the potential of Pickaxe as a platform for professional-grade, token-efficient AI solutions.
