It would be really helpful if there was a simple button somewhere where a user could delete all chat history with a simple button without a studio owner having to delete the user account and getting the user to create a new account.

Would love this option, so pickaxe/studio owner can set not having user history in the first place. This feature will “fix” privacy stuff.
I completely agree, consultations should be eraseabel for all people, otherwise the bots wouldn´t be private. Actually the studio owner has no interest to see the use the users made of the app. SO I CONSIDER IT VERY IMPORTANT TO ALLOW ALL USER ERASE THEIR CHAT COMPLETELY FOR ALL PEOPLE.
Clients are asking me for deletion of chat history to keep things tidy. But it’s just a matter of time before someone wants to delete chat history for privacy’s sake. Please allow this feature

When an end-user deletes their chat, would the studio owner have no way of seeing it in your opinion? Or would deleting a chat only delete it for an end-user?
Thanks for engaging on this. I love how you guys get involved with users here. To answer your question, the studio owner must NOT be able to see it. That’s essential for GDPR. If a user deletes a chat, it’s best to delete for everyone in case names or identifiable data is stored on the chat. Delete should delete everywhere please.

This is an essential feature for us as well, looking forward to an update!
Open Studio, Settings - History, there you have a toggle on or off slider. If you turn it off, not one user chat will be collected.
