Hi, I am building a new studio, with the same models as a previous one, but now the voice input sucks. My users are spanish speakign and it used to work perfectly but now it sucks. Im using Chatgpt fast and it used to work perfctly for a previous studio. Now it sucks. What changed? Is there any way to go back?
Hi @ssalazar, thanks for posting! Could you be more specific about the problems you’re having with voice input? What about it is not working as well?
Sure. It isnt registering the words well. You say something and it captures something that makes no sense. “You might say, hey how are you doing tell me how you work” and it will understand “Whiskey how runt might”
Hi @ssalazar, thanks so much for following up! I took a look at your Studios, and I think the problem likely stems from the fact that the most recently created Studios have the language set to English instead of Spanish. Could you try changing this and see if it helps with the transcriptions?
