I’ve been trying to connect a GHL webhook to my pickaxe and the payload info is not being transmitted to GHL. I also tried to use the basic pickaxe webhook with the same outcome. Any suggestions? Do I have to use a 3rd party tool like Zapier?

We have completed testing of webhook actions on our side, and they are functioning as expected. Additionally, we have not received similar reports from other users.
As we do not provide a prebuilt Go High Level integration, it appears you may be configuring a custom action.
If you can share the code you are using, the trigger prompt, and details about how your GHL webhook is set up, we can review your configuration and help point you in the right direction. While we are unable to test GHL directly, we may still be able to offer guidance.
Since you mentioned Zapier, that is indeed a valid option. It is a good alternative if you prefer not to create a custom webhook action.
