Those who have had success on getting new users to their pickaxes, please share how you have managed to do this and what has been the most effective way to get them.
I found a micro-niche, created tools that will make their business better, then market to the group:
-host live stream demo sessions
-schedule 1 on 1 demos
-Post value content to establish yourself as an authority
-talk to people. Network.
OF course use AI to create a solid business plan. Then use AI again to develop a 90 day marketing plan. I follow the plan very closely. I have been launched for 2-3 months. I have 60 subscribers and growing consistently.
I have found in my niche, people dont understand the value AI can bring them. So I mostly TEACH them.
Do you use money for advertising (Facebook / Google Ads etc) to drive traffic to your studio or just simply find the micro-niches and contact them in forums / social media etc ?
No ads yet. I am in private groups with thousands of potential customers. I also have a lot of credibility in this community. When I make a European version, I will have to advertise.
Another great help has been reaching out and doing private demos for people who are in a position to recommend me to others.
Also, use your AI to create a 90 day marketing plan. I am following that and it’s working.
Hey @hurmuli it’s always good to get ideas from the community on how they got subscribers to their Pickaxe builds. You will get many different answers and it can get confusing in today’s noisy market. I put together a native-solution to help you package your expertise, figure out your service, AI plan, and distribution plan with a full studio template that you can find and use today for Free on the Pickaxe templates page:
This project is the culmination of my 1+ year experience building and advising Pickaxe-community members. You can choose whichever agent to work with and the KB files are based on recent deep research that draws on my experience and market trends.
The top issue many builders face is getting paying users. I built OX to help builders make sense of all the noise and find a path to monetization fast. All it takes is a deliberate sit-down session with the agents of choice to get your custom tailored reports. It’s a system that saves time and money.
For a deep insight on how to build your own similar solution, you can join the extended PPA community on:
PPA is organized and run by me. It has proven to be a valuable resources for serious builders.

That’s sweet @Ned.Malki excited to try that one!
@hurmuli we run Facebook Purchase Conversion ads to a landing page where our tools are promoted, once they buy we set them up with an account in our Pickaxe Studio.
So you using the API to get the to convert? I am waiting to see when Pickaxe manages to update the registeration / pricing / login pages. Hopefully that will increase my conversion since I don’t have access to the API to do the same ![]()
For now I am just trusting my landing page where they are moved to the tool + signup popup.
