Your agent just learned to show up to meetings. The new Meeting Bot deployment sends your agent into your Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls, where it records the conversation, helps out in the meeting chat, and writes up a tidy report when the call ends.
What you get after every call
- A summary of the conversation
- Decisions made, plus action items with owners and due dates
- The full transcript
- Everything saved to your Documents, or straight into your agent’s knowledge base
Two ways to send it in
- Join now: paste a meeting link and click Send bot now
- Google Calendar: connect your calendar and add your agent to upcoming meetings in one click
It can talk, too
Turn on in-meeting chat and mention the bot (default @Agent) to get answers from your agent’s knowledge without leaving the call. Meeting notes work in around 40 languages, and takeaways can be saved to the memories of participants who have a workspace account, so your agent already knows everyone next time.
Getting started
Open an agent, click New Deployment, and choose Meeting bot. You control the bot’s name, languages, data retention, and where reports and recordings go. Good manners are built in: the bot always announces itself with a recording consent message when it joins.
