Add/invite User emails is CASE SENSITIVE and breaking logins

If you add/invite a user into an access group manually, it’s treating them as separate members if you or they capitalize any letter in the email and not allowing them access if either doesn’t match.

For example, Michael was not able to get access when he tried logging in with a lowercase M, I had to add/invite him again with a lowercase M for it to work.
