User got invited to Private Access Group but can't access portal

One of my users is receiving the invite emails, but she cannot access the portal because the link only offers the option to sign in; she doesn’t have the option to sign up, which I know we used to have.

We tried different emails, and nothing works. So far, she is the only one having issues, but I’m sure other new users will have the problem soon, too, because I tried with other accounts, and we can’t sign up.

could you please ask the user to try again? we’ve made a few updates to the signup/login flow, so it should be working now.

if you can share the link where this is happening, I’ll test it on my end as well to make sure everything is working as expected.
