You can configure any chatbot or smart form to ask for a phone number. It will not be able to verify it’s a real phone number.
If you’re referring to the studio saying you want to require an email and phone number for registration, that’s a different matter. We don’t currently offer that functionality, but you can post it to the feature request section.
