Registration Screen Configuration

Hello
I have two questions:

1. Could you please tell me how to configure my Studio/Pickaxe so that when a new user registers, they see this registration screen (image attached)?
   In my Studios, I see a registration screen for registering on Pickaxe.co.

2. On this registration screen, is it possible to add a checkbox so that my clients/users have to accept my Privacy Policy and Terms of Service?

Tengo dos dudas:
1.- Por favor, me podéis indicar cómo configuro para que cuando un nuevo usuario se registra en mi Estudio/pickaxe, le aparzca esta pantalla de registro (adjunto imagen).
En mis Estudios, me aparece una pantalla de registro para registrarse en Pickaxe.co
2.- En esta pantalla de registro, ¿es posible poner un “check” para que mis clientes/usuarios tengan que aceptar mi “Privacy Policy” y mis “Terms of Service”?

Hola @inmoiaagentes did you open OX on the website or on did you copy the template from Pickaxe?

I didn’t use any particular settings for OX. If you can list the order of actions you took on the website for this login screen to pop up, I can maybe help better answer your question.
