Add Zapier Action - Add/Change Product

It would be fantastic to add a product to my existing Studio user using Zapier.

Use case. They join my Studio as a free user, then purchase my Skool Program. I want to automatically add that level to her Studio access. Right now the Zap will fail telling me the User already exists.

Hi @jeanette ,

We’ve reported to our engineering team that the edit user option is currently missing from the Zapier integration, and we’re hopeful it will be added soon. I’ll keep you updated on any progress.

In the meantime, you can configure a custom request webhook in Zapier with the following settings.

This will allow you to edit existing Studio users. Please ensure that in the URL field, you feed in the custom variable email from Skool so the request is properly mapped.

Hi @jeanette ,
The Update User option has now been added to the Pickaxe Zapier integration :tada:You should now be able to update existing Studio users directly in Zapier.
