It would be extremely valuable to have an add “other” option with an open text box to allow an user to add their own input when answering a multiple choice or check box form question when answering a pickaxe form.
I have attached a screenshot here from Google Forms that showcases exactly the feature that would be extremely helpful for us

finally someone said this. Been looking for this option. Also to set local state for the the option. We want to option displayed to be simple, but internally the we define very clearly in the back end
I have requested this feature since I first started using pickaxe in December 2024. I would love this ability.
